When it comes to Pastor appreciation day I've always understood that it should be the clerk who heads this day up. Does the minute book have any guidance on who should oversee this day or does it matter?

In short, No!
Go the the Men's Discipleship website an they got a manual on pastor appreciation with all kinds a guidance in it. |
