If I preach on certain topics in English, I quote a lot of verses when I preach. Should I have people stand up whenever I quote a verse, then sit down. That might interrupt the flow. _________________ Link |

Do what you want to do. If you handle the ministry God gave you according to what you think He wants you to do then you will be just fine. |

Thanks. I don't think there needs to be a legalistic rule that everyone must stand when the Bible is being read. The Old Testament teaches parents to teach their children the word when the children are sitting as well. _________________ Link |
