Yes, me! Pastor Nations, this is how the body of Christ works. If I think suggesting that the President is going to do something that is going to cause riots is unwise to say, I can open my mouth in wisdom (Proverbs 31:26).
I can use discernment as any believer can. I can, you can, all God's children can. We can and should. |

I think the issue is that you think people are critiquing style and not substance. I guess there is a little overlap if your style is to say, "I'm going to tell you something you've never heard." If I've never heard it because it is a new insight to me, that's one thing, but if I've never heard it because it has no legitimacy (like Moses speaking in tongues, for example), that's not just about "style" or "method."
By the way, I don't think I was around when you got banned about the serpent seed thing, but I'm glad you were refuting it. |

At one time I was banned for responding too many times while refuting the serpent seed junk by one particular poster.
The reason for my ban was confirmed to me by Doyle himself.
But now it is o.k. for the board to allow posters to regularly mock Perry Stone?
Besides, the various pot-shots that are taken at him are invariably incorrect.
Perry Stone is a legitimate, anointed, Church of God minister that has rightly done more for the Kingdom than many of our fellow posters combined. |
It seems that sometimes we are at the wrong place at the wrong time. Once I was banned for my back and forth with another poster, yet there were other posters on here, attacking me for being a woman. And they were not. There is no consistency it seems. |

We both know it. _________________ Whether you like it or not, learn to love it, because its the best thing going today! |

??? What are you talking about?
Doyle personally told me it was not for refuting it, but for doing it too often. |

OK. But there was a time when refuting serpent seed was a full time job. Blessed posted several hours a day. He made OTCP look like a casual poster. _________________ Whether you like it or not, learn to love it, because its the best thing going today! |

NB,are you ok? I know you don't particularly like me, but it seems you're a little harsh here lately. You may need to think about taking some time off.
I took a lot of time from Acts, and it has made me a nicer, kinder person.
Don't you think? |

Perry Stone is a 4th generation Pentecostal preacher. His dad Fred Stone and his grandpa (on his mother's side, I think) were both COG ministers. Probably the others too, but I'm not sure. Fred Stone pastored in WV & VA, but I don't recall their mentioning NC. However, Jentezen Franklin was one of his buddies growing up, and his daddy did pastor in NC. _________________ "More of Him...less of me."

I knew Brother Franklin, Jentezen's dad. and he pastored in NC most of my young life, Jentezen's brother lives in the GAstonia area methinks. YOu know pastors drop their cjhildren in the towns they pastor as the youngsters mature and marry.
I believe the Stone I knew as a kid was H.E. Stone he was about the age of my dad. I was just curious _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

Jentezen's brother passed away in the last year or two. Unless he has another one...
