Frozen in Time

Is it just our State or the Denomination that seems frozen in time? We have let this pandemic cripple to much ministry. If there has ever been a time for the Church to be Alive it is today. With all the political and racial unrest the Church is the only voice of hope, but many voices are silent. We are missing our greatest opportunity. Use wisdom, use outreach, use technology, use prayer walkers. How can States and National leadership be a louder voice and greater resource to help churches NOW. Iâ€™m going to say it. Our voice is louder for Trump than it is for Jesus right now according to most of what I read on Facebook. This will be a missed opportunity if we donâ€™t understand the time.

I think youâ€™re right AdamJ. Iâ€™ve mentioned in several of my recent messages that this ought to be the Churchâ€™s finest hour. Iâ€™m beginning to believe however that my opinion is in the minority.

I hope Iâ€™m wrong but it just seems to me that a spirit of defeatism is creeping into the church. I understand everyone is tired and weary of all things Corona, but we must rise above this present situation.
