Sis Lowery's tongues were appropriate however the interpretation by Bro Copeland was inappropriate (incidentally never fulfilled) at T L Lowery's memorial service at NCCOG

We are commanded by God, Carolyn, to "test the spirits to see if they are from God." This is no disrespect for the Holy Spirit, quite the contrary. It is discernment, which is itself given by the Holy Spirit. |

Nor would the ole timer. So this horse ain't no wheres near dead or dyin. This horse is neighin strong an loud that a trumpet blast is goin forth but the sound is uncertain. |

And the point would be? You've addressed it at least 3 or 4 times in the last year. Your opinion hasn't changed, and I doubt anyone else's has, either.
Seems like a superiority thing that you keep pointing out his error...that none of our officials felt a need to do.

1. OTCP don't beat dead horses!
2. Rest ashored an all, they aint no "superiority thing" of any kind goin on here.
3. If I was a gambler, which I ain't, I would wager money on the fact that many of "our officials" not only DID NOT agree with/support/validate Copeland's supposed prophetic word or mantle impartation exercise, if you spoke to them one on one, they didn't like the fact at all that Copeland even had a part in TLL's memorial service. |

An what makes it continue to be SHAMEFUL is when preachers on Acts justify it. They refuse to interpret "IMMEDIATE" as what it means. An immediate 10-fold increase was to occur, then a later 10-fold increase. The was spoken ex cathedra (i.e., as though he was speaking directly for God to SL) by Copeland. It HAS NOT happened. Everbody is hesitant to call a spade a spade an it makes it even more shameful. |

Perry took the mike to speak because he was INVITED to speak at the funeral.
