Post Where do we begin in restoring the republic? Resident Skeptic
Study the history of the ratification of the 11th Amendment and you'll see how quickly the States used to act when any branch of the Federal Government overstepped its Constitutional limitations. Sadly, today State governments are loaded with politicians who are NOT loyal to their States, nor to the Constitution, but are only using their State office as a stepping stone to national office. Constitutional restoration MUST start in the States FIRST. Elect State officers who JEALOUSLY guard and protect the rights of their State's citizens and the Federal branches will automatically reform by default.

With disapproval ratings over 60% for both candidates, it is obvious that the time has come for people to begin supporting other parties. These 2 are failures. Acts-pert Poster

You see, it is for this reason I am not at all concerned about Trump. He will suit our purposes just find. He will be the diversion we need. He will defend us from external enemies, and close some of these Federal agencies that Presidents like Obama use as their private banks and armies.

But the bulk of the changes must come from the States. Neither Trump or Cruz as President have the authority to change things to that depth. Only the States can.

then Illinois has a big problem , its run by extreme left wing liberals. We were the last state to get concealed carry and only got it because of supreme court ruling and all other states getting CC.

Even if were last its better than nothing.
