Depends upon whether a COG minister or another faith marries them. Problem solved.

That depends on what you mean by 'men' and 'women.' If they just go with the gender God gave them and interpret scripture based on that, we should be able to figure this out. If the genders turn out to be the same, they aren't really married anyway.

Here's a better question,

If an imbecile, should you ask stupid questions about submission of transgenders?

Yeah, we used to be able to rank things on the 7 planes of stupidity. I think MORON was right on up there.

Let me wax a little philosophical with you, Nature Boy. Can an imbecile or a dolt or a moron or ignoramus ask anything but a stupid question (regardless of the topic)?

Well, Ole Timer, if you're serious, all Christians are instructed to submit to one another. Unbelievers are not required to comply. Now you tell me if these folks you are asking about are Christians. [Insert Acts Pun Here]

Cordin to Wikipedia:

A trans man is a transgender person who was assigned female at birth but whose gender identity is that of a man.

A trans woman (sometimes trans-woman or transwoman) is a transgender person who was assigned male at birth but whose gender identity is that of a woman.

So, in each case, the person was born one gender, but identify as the other.

Now, since some churches is real open to this kinda thing thinkin its a civil rights thing or makes the church look real relevant or cutting edge an all, what the ole timer ast in the original post is far from imbecilic; nope, ifn it aint already happened it will.

Now say these transgender folk git married (born male, identifies as a gal; born female, identifies as a feller).

Is the wife (who was born male) to submit to her husband (who was born female)?

In our culture, how is it imbecilic, stupid or ignorant to ast the question? If trends continue, this is just the beginnin.

Its all hypothetical, Dave, but lets say after they transgendered, they say they got saved. Now what, regarding submission?

Only thing the ole timer is confused about is how in the world a feller can think he is a gal. Miss Bonnie, here on the farm an all, ats kinda like a cow all of a sudden commences thinkin its a pig an starts oinking an all.

What if they got abducted by aliens first? I am aghast that you would not minister to them regarding their recent extraterrestrial victimization before focusing your attention on how submission would function within their relationship now that they are Christians.

It does seem a mite strange, don't it. But I spect you observed the behavior before and just did think about what all you was seeing. Now hain't ya ever seen a cat what thought it was a person? I think that's kindly what's a happenin. Educated folk call at delusional.
