A vicious personal attack on COG leaders, our Brothers in the Lord, has been deleted. Sadly, it seems it has been on the Board, down in a thread, for some time. My apologies.
Listen, it is totally in in order to agree or disagree with anyone, including COG leaders. To my knowledge, none of our leaders claim perfection. If you respectfully disagree with their policies and decisions, that is OK.
However, personalizedand vicious attacks are TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE against anyone. That is not only true on the Board, but throughout the Christian community. We Christians may disagree at times, but we do not set out to destroy people. Mature Christians know how to disagree with someone's policy or decision WITHOUT making vicious, immature, personal attacks.
Yes, it is OK to disagree with me too; in person, by PM, phone, email, text, snail mail. Just be as kind as possible. I'm fragile. Without Jesus I'm still a total mess. When Jesus found me I was on the way to Hell (deservedly so). So, without His covering there is still much fault to find. Blessings.
