Can "Black Lives Matter" be sued ...

I heard/read where there is an official organization called "Black Lives Matter" (BLM), and that the last few weeks they have received large amounts of donations.

It seems that if churches can be sued, and in the future you can sue law enforcement for damages, can a business owner (of any race) sue the BLM for damages due to protest endorsed by the organization?

I guess this whole "suing the police" has got me thinking, as along with the Police Dept. and the individual officer, perhaps the police union as well. I have never been a fan of civil service unions, including teachers, government employees, etc, so we might see a precedent being established for a being able to hold individual civil servants accountable (look out postal workers).

As to BLM, as I said, other "charities can be used, as can their employees, why not BLM and their leadership. Somebody has to pay to remove the graffiti, replace the windows and restock the store. Is only far!

I would assume if they actually have an organization that they could be sued. In America it seems anybody or anything can be sued.
They cannot have BLM legally methinks, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) already has that established. BLM is a great place to camp. Smile

I'm with you on civil service type unions, but they are here to stay they have a big following.

Certainly we must be sure that George Soros is not stupid. If he indeed, is sponsoring BLM, then he has already figured a way around this mosquito bite.
