I especially liked the way the last two sentences are worded:
There are good Muslim people. I lived in Muslim countries of the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt and was treated respectfully and courteously while I was there. I still have many friends in those countries. We need to maintain a relationship with them but it may be necessary to negotiate some limitations with them on their activities in our country. Every military activity that we are involved with at this time has as the enemy Radical Muslim Extremist. All Muslims are not our enemy but all of our enemies are Muslim.
