I preached Home Coming at Mt. Olivet COG Hartwell Ga. Sunday.

We went there the first Sunday of 1982. Stayed almost 5 years. The church was very good to us and we saw some good growth.

There were only 4 people out of 80-100 there that attended when we left. This great church has gone through some tough time. Breaks my heart.

Yes sir, so many more are in the same condition. Our home church Has about 6 that were there 8 years ago. but our attendance is about 1/2 what it was a few years ago. AMAZING the turnover.
OH yeah, I forgot some of those folks in Hartwell moved to North Carolina.
We visited Hartwell over 50 years ago, it was an on fire and growing church. Wonderful folks.
I am sure you enjoyed those years there. Cool
