John told a group today here in Florida that when it was a foregone conclusion that DT would get the GOP nomination he was asked to run as an independent. Of course, after a ten-day reflection period, he said no.
He was VERY serious taking us through his decision process and why he considered it. At the end of the day he did have some fun with it....
