There have been people who got burnt by lighting fires with hand sanitizer on their hands. If you use hand sanitizer, wait until the alcohol in it dries first.
So if you have a gas stove, keep your hands away from the flame if you just put that stuff on your hands. If any of you are smokers, want to light a candle or grill, etc., don't light a match with hand sanitizer on your hands.
It's common sense, but you can't smell the alcohol, and it's easy to forget, so it's good to be reminded.
