Post If you support Trump JLarry
Did you see the debate last night?

If so do you still support Trump.

IMO he made a fool of himself last night.

What is the name of that over grown baby cartoon character of days gone by? I think it was Baby Huey or was it Baby Trump?

I'm waiting to see what the SC folks thought of that. I do think the audience was loaded with Jeb folk, but for some reason Trump cannot keep his cool (if he has one).

Kasich was right on the money, I always like what he says, but for some reason his presentation is missing something. I agree with him, these guys are only destroying the party, or maybe it is already destroyed. At a time when we NEED a business head in the office all we have is a Business man with an EGO bigger than his airplane.

Post Dr. Ed Young JLarry
My wife and I was watching Dr. Ed Young earlier today. I said; Do you realize that man is probably 75 years old. Well I looked it up and according to google he is 79 years old.

I not only wish I looked that good at 79, I wish I looked that good now.

Also watched Charles Stanley, he is 83.

And to Eddie, I also watched Andy Stanley.

My wife is sick today so we stayed home and had TV church.

Mistake, I meant for this to be in a thread of its own.

I still support Trump.

He is our last hope to turn things around. I keep hoping somebody better will step up...but I don't see it yet.

Dr. JL, could you cite scripture what supports "TV Church?"

Nope, neither can I cite scripture that supports having an a/c in a church, but I sure enjoy one during the summer months in S. Ga.

He has the smallest support in his own party as an "only option besides Hillary" vote outside of the 38% that support him as their first option. He has ZERO chance in the election. If he is nominated we get Hillary, its simple. At this point as much as I don't like it, I'm willing to settle for Rubio. He may have the only chance in the General. Again, he is NOT my favorite, but I am reasonable enough to vote for him as a real hope to defeat HRC. At this point its no longer about who is the best conservative (I think that's Ted Cruz), but its about who is the best defense against a loaded liberal SCOTUS and another 4 years of Obama's destructive policies.

I thought Rubio had a good night last night. Kasich "won" the debate primarily because he was able to stay above the fray (nobody was attacking him), The others were in a blood-sport cage-match, of those Rubio was the winner.

Rubio gets in - Repubs lose Florida.

He lied to us. He won't get my vote.

He's not my first choice, actually he was around #5 early on. But honestly I'd a whole lot rather lose Florida than America. I think with someone like Kasich as a running mate Rubio would win handily. My gut says Rubio is the only one that can defeat Killary. Ted Cruz has and is still my preferred candidate, but I'm starting to see just how unlikable he is by some (not me, I like him BECAUSE he's so stubborn).

The moderators try to get them to fight with each other like a bunch of first graders. Each candidate should state what they believe and what they will do if nominated and leave the others alone.

At the end of the day I really don't think anyone will beat Hillary, she will continue the give away program of the Obama years. If you watch Waters World you can see how uninformed and down right stupid a lot of Hillary's voters are.

Is it me...or is Trump the only one that has talked about balancing the budget.

Remember...that was g w bushes greatest failure. He took a surplus and cut taxes...and it has been disaster ever since.

That's a good point and I'll look into that (kinda key to being conservative so I'm sure they all support it, he does seem to do a better job of making sure people hear him than the others). In my lifetime there's only been one president to do that, WJC.

I think Cruz is surging in South Carolina. This might get interesting.

Do you have any links that show that? I'm still seeing 20% leads for Trump.
