Trump's popularity is cultural acceptance, societal need & $$ Wiz Kid |

Cultural acceptance
In terms of secular modern culture, Trump represents what people buy into.
Billion dollar status
Extreme worldly possessions
Baller style attitude
Centerfold wife
Multiple successful businesses
Look at me, I've got everything
My ways work
Let's all throw a party cause we're great
I don't judge people's personal life choices
Banks love him, Wall Street adores him
Societal need
GOP & conservative dems want Reagan back
Trump says, 'Make America Great Again'
Strongest military in the world
Leading economy worldwide
Somebody to make China shut up
Pres who will talk smack to Putin to his face
Not afraid to tangle with dems, Sierra Club or Planned Parenthood
Shut down parts/most of Obamacare
$$ Wiz Kid
Trump knows how to handle money
Yes his corps filed BK but it was a legal strategy
He has never suffered a financial setback personally
Morally BK but financial Wiz Kid
Knows how to make inroads to restructuring the IRS
Companies vie for his business skills & bid for his construction projects
Jobs maker, creator, inventor & skills developer
Not afraid to start over & prove he can do it
But I don't think Mr. Trump knows God & I would love to see a true Christian in the office if possible.
Will I vote for him in the primary election? Probably not
But if he's the only conservative choice in the general election ...Yes I'll vote for him.
No he's not what we like to call a true conservative but we had that choice 7 yrs ago & we sent him home to Salt Lake City based on our religious bias & look where that got us. For the record I voted Romney.
Now if you want Clinton II all over again then go Hilary.
If you want to live in Sweden's shadow vote Bernie.
If you want the chance to see America get up on her feet & act like she's been there before then you're going to have to come to grips that the Donald is probably going to be the nominee or the GOP convention will be brokered & then he'll probably waltz in to the GOP podium.
What say ye?

To tell the truth I have no idea what to think. I am still a little in shock that anyone can make some of the statements he has made and is still standing, much less leading the pack.
I have no idea what he will do. But I do know what the other party will do. At this point I would go with the unknown, if it comes down to it.
Yep I will vote for him if it is he against Hillary or Bernie.
I do not like his mouth and much more. BUT if he is in office he will be the one in the race who has made a mark and took 225 million and converted it into billions. The others in the race have lived off the backs of citizens for book sales, speeches or salaries.
Am I confused, yep. I still shake my head. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!
