Angels can do whatever God tells them to do. I'm not arguing that angels can't ever be heard, but I'm telling you that the video in the OP is a recorded sound track and not angels.
Something good can come of lots of things, but have you ever considered what bad may come of someone posting a digitally produced 'phenomenon' and watching gullible people claim that it is angels of God preparing to announce His return. It may harden people against the gospel to see such gullibility on the part of professed Christians.

Bonnie please dont use the term Digitally altered. Some may get the impression that some of my pics that I have posted are nothing more than a digitally altered photo when in reality they are very much real.

About things like this, I think it's okay not to know the answer, and not come down on one side or the other on the issue. I have the same stance with reports of oil flowing from hands and gold dust. If we don't know, we don't know. Not everything is in the Bible. On the other topics, the BIble actually presents teaching on the subject.
If I posted this on the forum, and everone insisted it was the angel's Gabriel and Michael tuning their horns, I'd probably post asking people how they could possibly know that.
It could just be a sound track. But then there would need to be dozens or hundreds of sound tracks and some fake news broadcasts to explain all the videos on YouTube. I just selected the video in the OP as a sample of the many videos, except this one was supposedly set in Jerusalem and had a funky cloud formation (or chem trail?) in the picture.
How you know there was a recorded sound track?
