 It is nice to have a conservative Majority on the SC |

I think we have had a couple good conservative decisions by the Supreme Court. I think something good has come from the last election. That is just my opinion of course.

I am really awaiting the decision on the 'Gay Wedding Cake'. I am hoping the bakers are vindicated, but I won't hold my breath!

They should be the same as artists and entertainers. How many of them refuse to "preform" for someone they disagree with (like Trump)? Why would a same sex couple what a cake from a baker they "forced" by law to create? I'm not sure I would want to eat a piece of that cake.

Good point
(I agree about eating the cake, about like someone on this forum talking about (dangers of) sending the steak back to the cook, not sure i would eat it on its return trip)

| Now there is rumor that Kennedy will retire. If that's true another Gorsich type nominee could give us a true conservative majority instead of the wishy-washy Kennedy who let us down on the biggest issues of the century. |

It would be nice if the elderly Ms.Ginsburg would do the right thing and step down. Not sure why a SC justice who falls asleep at the wheel should be permitted to cast a vote that could potentially have negative effects on our nation.

She should retire, maybe a nice hunting lodge in far West Texas. |

I am agreeing with the last couple comments.
Honestly, I am confused with Trump. But he has done some things I agree with.
I do think the press has with all force been after his scalp, his 3rd grade vocabulary hasn't helped.
But the Supreme Court is a unit that is here to stay, and his stamp has helped. I hope it continues.
I agree with Uncle JD, Kennedy let the conservatives down when he was most needed.

I do realize that the statement "At least Hillary is not in the White house." (MY spell check just actually suggested 'whore house')
Anyway, yes that is a well used statement. It is also true, can you imagine if Hillary had suggested the SCOTUS nominee? with maybe 1 or 2 more in the next few years? OUCH. So I will live with Trump. He does scare me with Foreign Policy.
