January 6th began as a wonderful day in DC. Many thousands of concerned Americans gathered to share their disappointment with an election. They came from all over the country. It was democracy in action. They had every right to be there.
However, due to the illegal and vastly unwise actions of a few, the day was turned into tragedy. What those few did will and should, leave a stain on the American conscience for years to come.
However, it is absolutely NOT TRUE as some claim, that January 6th, 2021 is the worst day ever in Washington. The tragedy of those who died and those who were injured, is awful.
They were some Mother's darling.
THE MOST AWFUL DAY in American history also happened on a day in January. It has resulted in the gruesome death of over 62 million babies; 124 million little eyes that will never see, 124 million little hands that will never grip their Mother's finger, 124 million little feet that will never take a step, 63million little hearts that were INTENTIONALLY stopped.
The Ten Commandments cry out in horror, "Thou shalt NOT MURDER." It is an indictment that drips blood from the song "America The Beautiful." The landscape of our nation certainly is beautiful, but the actions and decisions from Washington are making that song more and more difficult to sing without weeping.
It was January 22, 1973 in Washington, DC, about a hundred yards from what happened there on January 6th, 2021, that Abortion was declared legal. It was to be a rare emergency in case a Mother's life was in danger.
Today, killing little babies has become a birth control method AND some who are crying out the loudest about the tragedy of January 6th, have been calling for the ability to kill babies AFTER THEY ARE BORN ALIVE!
Yes, January 6th turned out to be an awful day in DC, but NO DAY in American history has been worse than January 22, 1973.
About 480,000 Americans died during World War II. Some 53,000 died in Vietnam. 62 MILLION have died from Abortion. We should mourn those who died so unnecessarily in DC January 6th, but ALSO WEEP for the 62 MILLION who were INTENTIONALLY KILLED since January 22, 1973.
Nothing that has happened to America in all it's years, is worse. That is my opinion. I am open to hear yours.
