 Lost 100 pounds since March of this year |

I'm recovering nicely from the gastric sleeve surgery. Staples were taken out today. Now for the next long haul. Getting rid of the rest of the weight and getting in better shape.

Mighty impressive! I’ve lost 30 since June from walking and eating better. Still have a ways to go but I’m determined to get there!
