General election polls are meaningless at this point. From here on out its a state-by-state race and so far the Hildabeast is ahead in the states that will decide the election. _________________ www.roysteravenue.com

I dont think so. I am limited in my assessment of Perry but from what I can remember his ability to convey ideas seem to be limited. |

He's an introvert. Public speaking and "baloney" are not his strong suit, he's the first to admit that. But as a Texan, I can say that we've outdone the entire country in jobs and prosperity under his watch and I will ALWAYS believe that we would be lucky to have him as POTUS. But I know people too well to think that an introvert will ever win over flash and fluff. |

And I completely agree, even though he could not name more than two Federal departments. But somehow Trump misspeaking about "Article XII" is a big deal. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

Its really not a big deal , Both dont have the intellect to become a national leader. But there are plenty of stupid people across America who think they are intelligent. |

Seems like the bar for presidential candidates may be lower this time around.
I saw a program in which Perry Stone said that people will be saying about the one who wins, "I didn't see that coming..."(or something like that.)
By the way, I did a quick check on polling and it looks like Trump is up by two in the only one I see. Though, I did notice that same poll is the only one showing Trump up on two other days since June 30.

Wow. So to reinforce your dislike for Trump you throw Perry under the bus? The people of Texas thrice elected someone with no intellect to lead the once nation of Texas? _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

No , I wouldnt throw him under the bus. Didn't mean that at all. While he could probably lead a state I dont think he has what it takes to lead a country. But I could be wrong.
He would be a much better pick for the republicans than trump though. I have never heard of him cheating anyone or calling names to those that disagree with him. That alone raises him about 90 points above trump. |

| RES, we may not see eye-to-eye on Trump and Professional Wrestling, but your respect for Texas warms my heart, especially on a day like today. My son was in his car on his way to downtown Dallas when this happened. He's playing with his band in Deep Elum tonight just a few blocks from where this went down. It has been a very emotional day for me, only a few degrees down from 9/11/2001. #PRAYFORDALLAS |

I am a Texas lover.
I'm glad your son is Ok.
Interestingly enough, I was just getting ready to take a trip to both Baton Rouge and Dallas. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

I have been polled by a particular candidate, particularly on a specific issue, or issues oriented organization (such as Pro Life movement, etc). However, those are not statistically valid as they aren't random.
Have you been polled by national polling firms? I can't think of the names now, but some are intended to be nation wide representative sample. It is hard to imagine an individual would have ended up being one of only 1,500 to 2,000 people on a national poll, multiple times. The odds are astronomical.
If they tend to poll during the day, that would certainly explain inaccuracies in that people at home are more likely retired or not working, thus skewing the results.
| bonnie knox wrote: | I've been polled various times. (I'm home a lot, and I have a landline.) The most recent poll (within the last few days) did ask me about the national candidates, but it seemed to ask more about the state races. It might have been what is known as a "push poll."
Anyway, if someone calls me to poll me, I try to participate. I'm always glad that someone actually seems interested in my opinion.
I get the idea, though, that some of these polls are merely used to find out which topic will be the best one for the candidate to campaign on. |

Yeah, it's gonna go back in forth until after the conventions. If Trump stays on message and hammers Clinton on her corruption, he will prevail. If he chases rabbits, he will lose. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |
