Inspiring, but I think that gift about making room is about bribery and gift-giving that isn't immoral.
One man got a nice set of collector's edition pistols to Andrew Jackson. Jackson made him Secretary of Indian Affairs. His gift made room for him.

That it ever came to me that one's gift was anything other than one's GIFTING.
That is, David was gifted at playing the harp with great effect. It made room for him in Saul's house.
Daniel's touch of God made room for him in Babylon.
How many musicians or ministers who have a gift in that area have had door opened for them because of it?
I have come to believe that a "gift" can be either the gift that one is gifted with...or the thoughtful and wise gift that one brings, which shows care and concern and knowledge of the person. |
