Question from the pew...
At the time our Lord said, "this you should do, etc....." Everyone was still under the law, is that not the situation? Just my mind questioning. I tithe as my wife calls it, to keep peace in the family, but we give up to 20-25% and I have no problem with her calling it tithe. Me I consider it a return for what He had allowed me to earn.
I never fuss nor complain, 10% is a good place to start my giving.
