“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." Mat. 11:28
He doesn't want you restless or weary or burdened.
"Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Mat. 11:29
The more you "learn" about His gentleness and humility, the more "you will find rest".
"For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Mat. 11:30
His yoke is easy.
If the yoke isn't easy. It doesn't come from Him.
If the burden isn't light. Its doesn't come from Him.
He will give you rest.

Now Brad, how does preachers keep people under subjection when you go around quoting scriptures like those? What are you trying to do , get church members out of Egypt?  |
