First of all, unless posters in that thread identified themselves by name, I do not know who they are. Soo, possibly they would be comfortable with me offering to help.
PM me personally, email or text me. Share the situation, WITH ME PRIVATELY - NOT ON THE BOARD. If it is true that some have been pushed out of the COG for disagreeing with him, how sad. What a tragic, disheartening situation it would be to have your respect for the COG crushed.
If people are being unduly pushed out of our Church, that should not stand. I will listen and possibly have some input about what can be done. Maybe some who have been "pushed out" could contact me.
AT NO TIME will you or they ever be identified by me anywhere. If this person is using his office as a bully, proper church officials should deal with that. In my opinion, most AB's want to do their very best. They want to be a blessing to those under their leadership care. There are some really excellent leaders at the state level of the COG.
However, there are times when someone in authority abuses their power and hurts others. Not only does an abusive leader hurt Pastors, it destroys ministries and crushes their family too. It also hurts and betrays the COG which provides them with that position.
Privately, share with me what is going on and I will work to help the situation.
