Contact Information for COG Preacher Tom Phythian?

The ole timer is tryin to find a preacher he met a long time ago named Tom Phythian (pronounced "Fith-ee-uhn"). Tom served as director of the COG's Lighthouse Servicemen's Center in La Maddalena, Italy. I think this center closed in 2007 or so.

When I entered his name in the directory on the COG website, nothing came up.

Any a you fellers know Tom or know how the ole timer might be able to make contact with him? Phone # or e-mail? You can send it to me via PM if ya don't wanna put it on the forum.

Just did a Google search and came up with this cached news from the Chaplains Commission. Tom passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2011.
