Thank you Gerald for posting this. It is one of the best, the most powerful article on this difficult topic, that I have ever seen. In a way, the survey of those more than 200 pastors, is a blueprint for disaster.

It lays out how to set up protections. More than worth the few minutes it takes to read it.
