Post I’ve lost 18 pounds in 7 weeks Eddie Robbins
Intermittent fasting is working for me. It’s pretty easy but the key for me is to not overeat during the eating period and exercise. I have lost faster when I was obese but this is working just fine. I have 14 more to go. That will put me at 200. I’m 6’2” and carry about 20 pounds of skin that won’t go away and doesn’t count towards unhealthy weight. Just like wearing 20 pounds of clothes. I am coming up on 10 years in which I lost 110 in 16 months. Can’t believe it’s been that long. But, since then, I have run in 120 races in 40 states including 23 half marathons and 2 full marathons. Congratulations Eddie. Once again you have inspired us. Thank you for sharing. You inspire us to follow Scripture, "Lay aside every weight that does beset us." And added weight sure does hold us back in so many ways.

When you lose the 14 pounds more you want to, let me know and let's meet at the Varsity in ATL to celebrate. We can order Chili-Slaw-Dogs, a dripping-with-grease order of onion rings, fried peach pie, and a BIG FO (Frozen Orange), slurpy. Of course, because we are weight conscious, a Coke Zero or Diet Coke would be wise.

Then we can go to the Altar together, ask forgiveness for gluttony, and begin penitence by doing more intermediate fasting. Whachathink?
