Churches around Lynchburg, VA

I will check the national site of course, but does anyone know of the churches in that area. We thought it was time for a vacation, and picked Lynchburg before heading to Pa.

Check out Lynchburg COG/Passion Community Church.. Mike Kirby is the pastor there. I went to Lee with him, and from a distance, it seems like they're doing a great job there... Which is difficult in the backyard of Liberty University, a Southern Baptist Mecca...

Thanks BB, sounds like a winner.
However NBF imma skipping Liberty. I had no idea how big Liberty was, driving by it seemed massive. Now I will do some research. Wink

We back packed about 500 miles thru the state on the AT, a few years ago when we were young (in our mid 60's), We saw a lot of things on our breaks but sure missed Liberty and Appomattox, we will be checking them out this week. Smile
