Trump is doing so badly now that its starting to look like a race to keep half of the red states from turning blue. I usually paste the latest polls here, but its getting pretty embarrassing for me as a Republican (maybe former Republican after November), pages of polls with Trump's name never in the lead, for weeks. I think we need a literacy, history and Constitutional test for the primary voters and candidates, RS should agree to that.

I think he is doing better, isn't he. He once hat a 32% chance of winning, now it it back doen to 19%.
I do not know whose figures they are, but at present they seem about correct. There is still hope, there is Duct tape or better yet, Gorilla Tape (as my son says)

Nothing matters at this point.
No one wants Hillary. They will be open to persuasion the last month of the race. Trump just must quit saying stupid stuff. If he said nothing - he would win.

I remember when Romney was debating Obama and he was lighting it up regarding Benghazi and the moderator erroneously corrected him. He backed down and was never the same. He really did not have the intestinal fortitude to fight it out. Trump has the opposite problem. Romney had his facts right (though someone else gave him what to say) and backed down when the media lied. Trump gets wrong "facts" and wont back down. Which is worse?
Some said Romney really did not want to win. |

and NBF, I agree that nobody likes Hillary, but how does that help when "everyone hates Trump".

This election is Trump's for the taking. CNN, MSNBC, CBS, Obama have thrown everything they got at Trump already. How many more times can you say unfit, stupid, etc... and have it mean anything?
Hillary's emails, health, failures as Sec State, failures to defend women Bill raped, calling them Bimbos etc... will work in commercials in September.
And Trump is a debating master.
Again - Trump just needs to go into seclusion until then.
Besides, he can't say anything stupider than he already has, can he?

Trump is a debate master when no one else will stand up to him. Rubio did and crucified trump every time. Clinton will annihilate him in 30 seconds.

Amen sir. He is the worst candidate I've ever seen for any office. I don't see how he could get elected dog catcher. He was able to win the nomination by the idiot Republican's that split 16 legit or semi legit candidates, leaving him with a solid voting block of people fed up with both parties inability to govern in the long term interests of the country.
Unfortunately, the Republicans are getting what they deserve. Someone should have had the power to let at least 12 candidates know before the first primary to get out of the campaign. Instead, the votes were too diluted. Now, we have an embarrassment for our candidate.
