 System Reward and It’s Statement |

| I have noticed over many years that some Overseers get very poor votes, but they still get promoted to larger states. That is a huge slap in the face of the pastors. Why even pretend that you care about our opinion. The System is saying if you are brave enough to give us honest feedback it means nothing. What it does say is that the system has higher value than the local churches. Protecting the system guys is saying the system is all that matters. |

I am not a minister in our organizations, but I figured the 'votes' you referred to were not published, are they?
