As of now there is no crime .. the investigation is not over. If trump and his team are exonerated from the collusion charge then I may get on the Fake News bandwagon to. Hon. Dr. in Acts-celeratology

Again, you miss the point entirely. There has to have been a crime for there to be an appointment of a "prosecutor". Trump nor his team have been charged with collusion. Nobody has. You really should view the video again.

It doesn't matter. Nobody has been charged with anything. That is like saying that it still would have been just to appoint a special prosecutor against Nixon even if the Watergate burglars had not been caught. Nobody charged with a crime, no special prosecutor.
