I keep hearing how the COG is losing our younger pastors. In our state
we are seeing that at an alarming rate. Maybe even more concerning
is the Rate we are losing our seasoned pastors. Negative records are being set
with more to come if change doesn’t happen soon. Corruption happens when
men have unchecked power. I heard a State Councilman say this week “we can’t hold a man accountable that holds our life in his hands. We either let him have his way or we lose our jobs and credentials”. We are losing Youth and Experience at a rate that we have to fill all our churches from outside our State. Wondering who is the next head on the chopping block?		 Hey, DOC
