Paul Conn begins speaking at the 43:40 point in the YouTube video about Dr. Paul Walker's Memorial, life and legacy.
There are numerous personal memories and funny stories in Dr. Conn's presentation. The first time he ever heard of Paul Walker, was when Paul was in High School and working at J.C. Penny's Men's Department in Cleveland, TN.
Dr. Walker and his wife Carmaleta had been in town for an "Old-Timer's" sports event at Lee College. Paul Walker was an exceptional athlete but in that "Old-Timer's" game, he broke some ribs. Medical treatment was needed which meant he and Carmaleta unexpectedly had to stay overnight in Cleveland.
So, she had come to Penny's to get her husband a pair of pajamas. There are other personal stories and observations by Paul Conn, but then he shares four important things he learned from Dr. Walker; four things Dr. Walker taught the COG organization by example.
