Any historians in the house today? |

I'm looking forward to being in Indianapolis for the General Assembly. Indy holds special memories for me. I was living there when I got married. I was living there when my son was born. He will always tell you that he's a Hoosier by birth but a Tar Heel by choice. I always enjoy opportunities to go back.
How long has it been since we were last in Indy for the Assembly? What was the year? _________________ www.roysteravenue.com

I think the last Assembly in Indianopolis was 2006, preceeded by 2002 and possibly 1996. |

1996 was in San Antonio. My son won in the "Graphics" division. _________________ "More of Him...less of me."

Let me try to remember, it was in late 1940s or early 50s. I was a preacher's boy and with some other PKs were wandering around and feeding the pigeons down town at the big statues. The janitor came out and threw a broom at the pigeons and told us in no uncertain terms to" NOT feed the 'd' birds, we are trying to get rid of them!!"
But I did like Indianapolis as a kid. Dad seemed to like the Assembly, not at hot as Memphis. LOL _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!
