How low can we go? How long will the Lord tarry?

It seems the goal is to use animals to grow human organs for harvest and transplant. It would be a new step in dominion of man in the animal kingdom.

I suppose those who believe that we are no better than animals (PETA) would have the greater concern.

The potential for abuse is worrisome, but as stated, growing an ear or nose on the back of a rat sounds like a good thing to me. I think I would require further study of the implications. Certainly "human-animal hybrids" would be disgusting and frightening, but I've seen a little about this before and its pretty much a rat with an ear growing on its back. I don't think that would be a threat. I'm not even sure if the thing could reproduce, but I guess if it could reproduce and give rise to millions of human-ears on the backs of mice, then that would be troublesome. Of course not! Can you cite where the article lists the source of the stem cells since I can't find it? There are other sources of stem-cells, but if they are using aborted humans, then I pray for their failure.

Absolutely no!!!

I read somewhere that the best stem cells come from the afterbirth...umbilical cord etc.
