Post WE said goodbye to Matthew. Cojak
My son and I finished painting our little block home we bought in Deltona, when my wife said, "WE are not staying here during the hurricane!"

Being a kid at heart and already have 6 hurricanes under my belt (one on a ship), I wanted to stay and enjoy the time. But being the man of the house, I DECIDED it would be good to head to the center of the state. YOu can do that when you also have a home on wheels.

Anyway we watched the news on our antenna input. seeing faces frozen in grotesque masks and missing words. The house is in Valusia County, the hardest hit in the state so far. We will go to Orlando and wait another day before allowed back to our house to see what happened.

I am not really worried, Matt was not invited in and he did not come ashore, but he did send some wind and rain.

We are just glad he has left us and pray for safety of folks on up the coast. Hang in there NBF!
Shocked
