Asbury University Revival

It sounds like they are having a great revival there. I was excited to hear about young people seeking the Lord. Has anybody gone to it or have you heard any first hand reports from credible people?

There are reports all over Facebook. From what I've seen several universities have sent a group there to experience what's happening, including Lee University!

There's been a group of students praying in Lee's chapel for many hours too. Tim Hill has posted about that.

They are saying at Asbury University that people are crying out in repentance...that many have been healed and filled with the Spirit. That there is an unbelievable peace fillling the auditorium. Lives are being changed. The worship has been going on since Wednesday morning of last week.

Thanks for posting Carolyn. It is so encouraging to see so many young people with the desire to pray and worship God on their own.

My personal conversation with a member of our church though FB that is living in that area for a few months. He is in his 30's and is stable. I figured a glimpse at this move from him would encourage you all as well.
Brandon is a recovered addict and Holy Ghost filled and has been with us for over a year.
Thanking God for this move of the Holy Spirit. This is his post to me.

I love you guys and miss you as well. Happy Anniversary and Valentine's Day too.
This little town has been absolutely taken over by Jesus. The entire town is currently centered around revival. There are currently 4 churches including the chapel at Asbury that are going around the clock.

There are pockets of people with a guitar or some other instrument leading groups in worship that have broken out on the sidewalks and parking lots all over Wilmore.
People of all backgrounds, ages, races, denominations earnestly seeking God.

It has definitely refreshed my soul. I am very grateful to have been able to go and experience it in person. It is breaking out at colleges all over. I just pray it continues to grow and hits every church in America.
