Post White Southern evangelicals flock to new d first lady (p) John Jett
This one is a little blurry to try to avoid offending too many people (but some of you need offended), but I've had enough of the baloney about this vile man coming from supposed Christians. Here's a liberal's JUSTIFIED tirade about pics of your anointed's next first-lady and the kind of morality you will condone to our children ("as the leader goes, so goes the nation", you remember saying that about Clinton don't ya?). Get ready to NEVER be believed again about ANYTHING related to morality.

What kind of morality does a person have to marry that and pose with that? I am truly embarrassed for Christians who support this guy and want this for a First Lady. It's a sad day. Acts-pert Poster

Imagine the First Female hosting heads of state in formal dinner parties in the White House dressed in that kind of attire. Shocked

But this is the kinda folk what Paula White et al prayed for in this video clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uk4c2uoOF3o

You're being silly, Ole Timer. I will say I don't like Donald Trump as a presidential candidate, and I hope he doesn't win the nomination, but I think Melania would probably take a traditional role as a first lady were Trump to win. She has said she would be traditional like Betty Ford or Jackie Kennedy. I'm sure she would dress elegantly and appropriately for formal dinner parties.

And just in general, I'm not too fond of bringing the spouses or kids into the discussion, though I look at Bill Clinton as fair game since he's been in the White House before through his own choice.

Post No wonder ... Mat
No wonder Trump is drawing some who say they are part of evangelical community, he's had several "trophy wives" and some affairs, he is flamboyant in lifestyle and personality, he is rich and loves to have his name out there, and while giving speeches he uses profanity as he attacks others who disagree with him as being "stupid" (because he has special knowledge and powers). So called evangelicals can relate to this because we see this behavior in our "celebrity preachers". I think another poster asked if this is part of the "strong delusion" of II Thess 2:11. Oh, evangelicals have historically preached that the RCC is the "great harlot" and the pope the either the Beast or False Prophet. A choice between Trump and Clinton makes Putin's Russia look Christian.

Trump married her in 2005 & I don't think she has done anything with magazines & skimpy clothes for awhile now.
I like to agree with what Bonnie said and remember, every time you see her she is dressed very elegant, keep in mind she's 45 years old and in 2006 she had a baby.
I have a cousin who is sold on Bernie & he has sent me these same pics, I don't know how many times to declare what a tramp he thinks she is.
I'm sure that in her native country she was a popular model who tried to connect the dots to fame & fortune here in the states. Boy did she hit the lotto or what?
Also fluent in 5 languages, not dumb in case you were thinking it.

Eddie just wanted to work the word "embarassed" in again regarding Trump.

I guess Eddie is embarassed easily.

Most embarassing is how he only wants to bring up others past sins.

Perhaps he should listen at church a little better.
or
Perhaps Andy Stanley doesn't teach on that subject.

Pretty embarassing if you ask me. Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed

don't you have to repent from sins to be forgiven, or was my Sunday School teacher wrong?

When one uses their real name to post here and hides nothing about their personal life, it opens themselves up to folks who hide behind pen names and are attacked personally. That's the kind of person who supports a mean bully like Trump. Acts-pert Poster

Right on.

Is that the best come back you got?
If it was all I had, I would be embarassed.

I hear you Eddie & I know what you mean but I too don't want to support Trump.
I'm also not going to sit back & drool in my pride by voting for whoever my heart wants to vote for; after all I'm an individual & nobody is going to tell me who to vote for.
We don't believe in throw away votes??? Right???

The following is just for comments in general:
True, nobody will tell any of us who to directly vote for!
But we have an obligation to help somebody get elected.
That somebody may not line up with us morally but rarely does anybody line up with traditional Christians anyway.
Did your mayor line up with you 100%?
How about your congressman or Senator?
For that matter do you agree with your AB or ALL the members of your church council? Elders? Deacons? Staff?
You helped many of them get to their positions didn't you?

I hope one of the 4 running against Trump ignites like a roman candle & we have somebody we can identify with a little easier, but if not I'm not going to help the opposition get elected & thats where my vote would go if I vote for a democrat or for an independent who doesn't really stand a snowballs chance in He__.

Trump doesn't make me feel good on many levels but Trump is extremely smart & he knows how to handle difficult situations. I like the fact he won't surround himself with just political advisors. I too am sick of politics.

I asked several friends this question: if you have Trump & all the other current candidates running for office lined up to go in a room with Putin to debate his next move in eastern Europe, who do you want in that room with Putin if you can only have one guy in there to get the job done?
What if the same scenario is with Kim Jong-un & N.Korea?
Or if it were Xi Jinping in China?

For me I'm not going to sit back & act all proud of myself & smuggle say i voted for somebody & it wasn't Trump.
I'm going to vote for the GOP candidate that wins the nomination as long as they have a chance of beating Hilary.
