I almost asked this on the Presidential Poll thread but didn't want to hijack. I saw some comments that I needed clarification on....

1) you were talking about rejecting the need to appeal to various ethnic groups, and mentioned you wished the GOP would make this a part of their platform. Would you mind to elaborate on that just so I understand what you mean?

2) You mentioned Israel and how they don't need our money and military protection and how there is no Biblical command for either. Wouldn't "I will bless those who bless you" fall into that category?

3) did you ever find any proof of that alleged hit piece on Reagan in National Review from 1980? I never saw a response from you when I asked in that thread. I still find it terribly hard to believe since NR supported Reagan himself against Ford in '76 and supported Goldwater against Rockefeller in '64, and often wrote against the moderate Nixon.
