Our President declares Sunday to be a day of national prayer (L) |
Dean Steenburgh |
What an amazing leader!
So many people scoff at this man but his heart is drawing closer to God all the time.
2 Chron. 7:14 "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

I agree it is sort of nice to have a leader who WILL stand up and say something like this.
It is certain to be said it is lip service or political, either way it is still good for someone to remind the country that this country was founded on Christian principles and given to prayer. The USA does need that reminder. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

Our pastor did take time to announce this was a national day of prayer and asked us all to join in prayer for our nation and the present world situation. It was a positive thing in our church and for our nations outlook. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!
