| News outlets are reporting that Trump will move the US Embassy to Jerusalem on Wednesday. Do any of you have prophetic insight into this important change? Will there be unrest? Will Trump be blamed? |

I dunno, this could be the catalyst that brings about Israel's destruction of Damascus. Even if it's not,the Arab states are not going to take this setting down. Expect a huge escalation of street fighting.
All of this might also be laying the groundwork to ultimately secure the Temple Mount from Islamic control,because at some point daily sacrifice is going to be reimplemented there and that's not going to happen as long as the TM remains under Islamic control.
Things are about to get real interesting!!

Moving our embassy to Jerusalem will not CAUSE any violence. Ensuing violence will be CAUSED by the violent. Israel doesn't have to let us move our embassy there, but they are a sovereign nation and what they do in their own borders is their prerogative. There is no such thing as "Palestine" btw.

As far as I am concerned it is the right thing to do.
Israel won the area in a war - until someone takes it from them - it is theirs.

A war started by the Arabs. The same Arabs that somehow think that after invading a sovereign nation from every side and trying to destroy them, should now just reset and give them everything back so they can start over. |

I don't think so. I am not into this Israel thing as much as most. The way I see it, the significance of the regathering of the Jews to their land is for final judgment. In Revelation, God refers to Jerusalem as "Sodom". Jews are still some of the most anti-Christian people in the world.
Overall, I am in favor of recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capitol, but strictly from a geopolitical point-of-view. I don't see anything in scripture that would lead me to believe God will bless a nation for such a decision.

so, what do the majority of Israeli citizens want? What did 95 out of 100 Senators vote for and pass in 1995 under Democrat Bill Clinton? Why is it so important for the West to bow to terrorism and socialism at every given opportunity? |

understood, it just seems to be the prevailing perspective of the world, which seems to be a cowardly, appeasement oriented perspective who's only aim is to put off terror attacks for another day with no real plan to ever do what needs to be done. Trump is right, the last 6 presidents have promised to do so and have never done it. Clinton even touted it as an accomplishment when the bill was passed to do just this in 1995 with a 95% yes vote including a yes from the likes of Feinstein (who btw, is just incensed that Trump would do this today!). |
