When It's All Said & Done... |
Carolyn Smith |
Love your family...your husband/wife, kids, grandkids, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers...besides the Lord, it's all that really matters.
My sister lost her husband Friday morning. A kind, sweet, gentle man who loved her unconditionally. He had been very sick, in ICU a week, but was better and had been moved to a different floor. Expected to recover gradually...
His passing was very sudden and unexpected.
Have those important conversations with your family. Say those things you need to say. Say "I love you" often. Don't quarrel over stupid things. It really doesn't matter.
Your prayers for Judy & the Skinner family would be appreciated. _________________ "More of Him...less of me."

Amen! Sorry for your family's loss. As C.S. Lewis said, it is impossible to love without pain, its the trade-off. The pain we have in saying goodbye is proportionate to the love we shared. |
