Help boosting posts on Facebook and other internet ads

Thanks for the helpful advice I received quite a while ago about boosting posts on Facebook. We reached several new people. Recently when we go to boost posts from our church Facebook page we get a message we are interacting as our personal home page. Does anybody know if that means that the thousands who receive it have our Facebook page with our names show up or does it only show the church name?

I have not found a way to contact anybody online or on the phone in Facebook's customer service department to answer this question. If anybody knows how to reach them I appreciate it. Also, I appreciate any helpful tips concerning other inexpensive ways to reach people online.
