Will GA Amendment lower the age of Council participation to 25 & approve women serving on the EC?

The Amendment needs clarity. What does the Amendment deem as "General Counsel?"

Is this Amendment seeking to:

1. Lower the age for participation in the Ordained Ministers Council to 25.
Do the words "General Council" mean when the EC and Council of Eighteen
meet together in Cleveland, or does it mean the Ordained Ministers Council at the General Assembly?

A few people in Cleveland understand the "Inside" language of the inner-circles of headquarters, but those wanting this to pass, need to be certain that potential voters know exactly what is being proposed. The rule is, "If it can be misunderstood, it has most likely already been misunderstood."

2. Would the approval of this Amendment allow women to be elected to the COG Executive Committee and or the Council of Eighteen?
