One Woman's point of view |
Cojak |
This was sent to me by a cousin. I am makig a guess that this is his sister in law, and ececutive who does not want to be named for many reasons."
Donald Trump,
From one woman's point of view:
Someone asked me today how, being a woman, I could stand up for Trump, a misogynist, a racist and a bigot.
Here is my answer:
Because I use my head to research and find out what candidates really are, not what the media wants me to think.
Because DT has more women in executive and managerial positions than any comparable company, which tells me he is not a misogynist.
Because he pays these women the same or more than their male counterparts, which tells me he looks for capacity and skills in people, not color, gender or race.
Because he fought the West Palm Beach City to be able to open his newly purchased club, so he could include blacks and Jews as members, who had been banned until then. This tells me he is not a racist.
Because he has raised wonderful children who have turned out to be outstanding, hard working and compassionate adults. He must be doing something right.
Because his economic plans makes sense, are conservative in nature, and I vote based of what is best for my family, my friends and my country.
Because everybody, the left and the right are afraid of him, the media is trying to destroy his image, and even foreign governments are voicing their opinion, so he must be doing something right. Clean house maybe?
Because I want a SCOTUS that will uphold the constitution, and not behave as minions of the administration. I have had enough with judges who are more like political activists than law enforcers. I do not want the same fate for the SCOTUS.
Because I fear for my family's safety if the current trend of not confronting blatant terrorism continues which is a threat to our way of life.
Because I am fed up with the rampant corruption of this administration. Accountability in government is paramount, and as this administration has demonstrated, it is a foreign concept to them.
Because I am fed up with political correctness gone wild, and because Trump is not afraid to say what everybody thinks but does not dare to say. A thug is a thug, regardless of color, and that's it.
Because it is about time someone puts America's interests ahead of other countries.
Because I know Trump recognizes and embraces America's exceptionalism, and will not tour the world apologizing for who we are. That tells me he is a patriot.
Because, unlike Hillary, he has actually held a job, worked hard and achieved success.
And last, but not least, because I am more offended by what Hillary does than by what Trump says. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

If it's anonymous, how do we know a woman wrote it?
The statements are alright, but each statement is followed by a conclusion that doesn't necessarily jive with the premise.
For example, the well turned out kids might be a credit to their moms rather than evidence that Donald Trump was "doing something right." (Or maybe the something right was letting their moms raise them, lol.)
http://distractify.com/news/2016/04/24/donald-trump-bad-dad
Republicans generally do have better economic plans in my view, but is this anonymous 'woman' taking into account the jittery global market that may result if someone like Trump is leading our nation?
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/30/opinion/sunday/the-dangers-of-donald-trump.html
Trump's attorney does say Trump has more women than men in executive and managerial positions, but to conclude that means he is not sexist, given Trump's own words and actions, just doesn't follow.
As far as including blacks and Jews in his clubs, I suspect he would be in favor of including anyone who could help his bottom line because looking out for himself seems to be what drives him more than any other ideology that I can tell. |

I think you are wrong here.
I believe he has lead the way on integrating previously white male golf clubs.
It is well known - when Trump attends a golf club function, he has regularly brought a black person with his party - effectively integrating on the spot what was previously all white - and he did it years ago - not for political purposes...and I don't think it helped him monetarily at all.
Attached is just one example:

I agree that the casting of Trump as a racist is blatant political posturing. He was NEVER considered a "racist" until running against the democrats.
Even Hillary agrees about his children.
My wife would agree with these statements (on her own btw, she was for Trump before I was) |

Okay. So a person posting under a pen name says his wife agrees with the statements written by an anonymous person claiming to be a woman. Okay.
I'm sure there are quite a few women who are voting for Trump, but there will be lots more who are not. |

Which is why he is now considered a racist - the R makes you racist - to Democrats. Facts don't matter.
As for hiring foreign workers - you can't do business in Florida without doing it. My company - as well as Disney World - made our employees train the Indian foreign workers that were to take our jobs.
And if you want to drywall a new building - you better believe all of them are from Mexico.
It's just the way it is.
Trump didn't make the rules - he just learns to win with them.
He is the only candidate wanting to change the rules to benefit Americans. But if the rules don't change - he will use them to maximum advantage - as I would expect him to. _________________ Whether you like it or not, learn to love it, because its the best thing going today! |

No thanks, I have an idea who you are anyway.
It's just that for the purposes of discussion on a forum, it's just not worth too much unless the person says it for herself. |

I wouldn't count on him to change any rules that don't benefit him personally.

I believe you are wrong Bonnie.
Trump is flawed - but I believe he ran because he loves America.
This run has not made the Trump brand better - it has made it a lot worse. _________________ Whether you like it or not, learn to love it, because its the best thing going today! |

Maybe he's counting on his brand improving if Hillary wins.
I just know he fits the narcissist's profile, and narcissists aren't likely to change.

I kind of judge him from his past actions , so yes Bonnie I agree with you 100%
As far as the letter Cojak posted. I get crank emails like that all the time about how bad Obama is , How bad Trump is , How bad Clinton is ....
And How Good Obama is , How good trump is , how good Clinton is.
What a bunch of garbage looking to influence people toward their point of view. |

Well, possibly.
I don't think we have had a candidate in recent times on either side of the aisle that has been as narcissistic as Trump.
