Yep, ole GE done beat Jimmy by a few years preachin at good Message a the Cross that most any Classical Pennycostal preaches. To hear Jimmy an his panel, it was a hidden unheard of truth/revelation prior to Jimmy preachin it.

I really don't believe GE Patterson would have ever explained the cross and the Christian life in the same way Swaggart has for the past several years.

"Look what the Lord has done ...He brought me out of sin & shame" older song from years ago & he would play the guitar at the pulpit while leading worship at the General Assembly or often times at the International Holy Convocation - keep in mind he would do all of this while he was serving as their Presiding Bishop or Chief Apostle of the Church.
Awesome leader - I listen to his music almost daily.
