2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
If His patience is intended to fulfill His patient wish that "all come to repentance", maybe more are coming in that we realize.
If more are perishing than are coming in, why would His desire that "all come to repentance" keep this thing going?
