It's sad to see Cruz and Rubio grasping at straws like this. Maybe Trump pledged loyalty to Don Vito Corlioni in that interview as well. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

But if, as the article says, it is a piece of leverage for future negotiations, then any softening would ruin those negotiations.

Art of the deal. I've been saying this all along about Trump's immigration plans. Rubio should be thrilled that Trump might let his "gente" stay. But the trade-off will be...no citizenship ever, no anchor babies. And the wall will still be built. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |
