A true warrior Passed away last night.

One of the greatest Ministers that I have ever met passed away last night. Dr. Peggy Scarborough had a heart attack. We had a great conversation the day before and discussed plans for the weeks ahead. She was a constant planner and not a lazy minister. We had many awesome services and Glory Nights with her at Socastee Church of God will greatly miss this Wonderful Lady. Please pray for the Church and her daughter Sherri Scarborough.

I'm sorry to hear this. I met Peggy here on the ACTS board, as I have many great ministers. She has a couple of great books she wrote on spiritual warfare. Peggy lost her beloved Niegel to COVID a couple of years ago. She was a wonderful woman of God. She'll be greatly missed.

I never met Peggy but from the references about her she was obviously a true and committed woman of God. I remember her posting here. Although I don't remember the subjects I do recall she always was kind in her discussions. I will pray for her daughter Sherri and the church.

We pastored on the district with Nigel and Peggy in Michigan 30 plus years ago and they were a very "class act' - always handling every situation with love and grace. Peggy had some amazing women's events that my wife (and ladies from our church) attended. She was a real warrior for the Kingdom! She will be greatly missed!

Today was a Glorious day at the Socastee Church of God. Several times the congregation broke out into Praise and Worship. State Overseer Bruce Rabon and Bishop Stewart Jacob, District overseer was there and many friends and ministries from several states. It was a long one with dinner for all at the end, and it was elegant and precious from beginning to end. She deserved a beautiful time and she received. We love that Lady. She was a true Warrior and a Praying woman. Another General gone to Glory.
