It's called "Jesus Tone," and it's not specifically Christian by a long shot, but it conjures up, FOR ME, that kind of traveling tent revival type of singing--done by people who are Christians with a very rough edge.

| The word "conjure" reminds the ole timer a bit of the stream of New Thought (Quimby, Kenyon, Baker, etc.) that has so influenced WOF teaching. |

I like the style a whole lot but when he says he's "not worth a d_mn" a few times I guess I don't miss that part in the old tent revivals, lol.
